Currently, the contiguous United States.
 

What is Sunbeltgifts shipping location and what carriers do you use

 

All orders are shipped from Atlanta, Georgia. We use UPS for all shipments.

 

Do you have a minimum order value

 

All orders must be $25 or greater.

 

Do you offer a free freight program
 

For orders, less than $ 100, freight is $ 9.99 per order.

For orders $100 and over, we offer free “ground” service.  Free freight only applies to the contiguous United States.   Estimate 6 business days to west coast.
 

Expedited shipping cost:

  • 2-day:           $18.95 for all orders
  • Overnight: $28.95 for all orders

 

How can I place an order with you

Once an order is placed, items cannot be added to your order.  A new order must be placed.  Once your order is submitted it cannot be changed or cancelled. 

 

When will my order ship

We make every effort to ship within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday.  We do not ship on National Holidays and note deliveries can be impacted by weather.

 

What credit cards may I use for payment

Visa and American Express

 

Credit Card Payment Terms

All Credit Card payments are processed through authorize.net, which is a secure payment gateway. 

Your card will be charged the full amount at checkout plus any applicable shipping charges.  All charges are made in USD.   Credit cards must have a valid billing address within the United States.  We do not accept unregistered cards

 

Can I track my shipment

Tracking information will be sent to the person that places the order via email. 

 

Returns

Allowed within 7 Days of the receipt of the order.

A re-stocking fee of 20% plus an additional 7% for credit card refunds (credit card fees are not waived) for a total of 27%.  Credit card refunds will be credited back to the same card.

All items must be returned in its original packaging and contents. Items cannot be returned without a receipt. If an item is defective, please include a note indicating the defect.  Shipping returns are at the cost of the customer.

Products purchased on our web site cannot be returned to a retail store for a refund.

Send returns by one of the services below. You will be responsible for any return shipping charges. We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping method.  Include your name, email address, phone #, and our order # found on your packing slip.
