Policies
ORDERING:
To place an order, please call 1-800-527-0672 or fax your purchase order to our Customer Service Department at 1-800-225-4534. We can allso be reached at customerservice@sunbeltgifts.com. Prices are F.O.B. North Charleston, SC. Opening orders must be a minimum of $250.00. Reorder minimum is $150.00. Effective July 1, 2010 a $ 10.00 processing fee will be applied to all orders below the minimum amount. All prices are subject to change without notice.
TERMS:
New customers must supply a copy of a valid State Resale Tax Certificate. Prepayment by check, Visa, or MasterCard is required for all new customers. Net 30 terms are extended upon approved credit with a $250 or more order. A service charge of 1.5% per month (18% APR) will be added to all past due accounts. A $30.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks. Accounts 60 days past due will be put on credit hold. Any account 90 days past due will be turned over for collection.
DAMAGE OR SHORT CLAIMS:
Claims must be made within ten days of receipt of goods. If the shipping carton is damaged, please file a claim directly with the carrier. If the product is defective or you did not receive all items noted on the packing list, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately.
RETURNS:

BACKORDERS:
If an item is not available on the original shipment, a backorder will be created. If the backordered item(s) total less than $50.00 or if the product is not available within 90 days from the original ship date, the backorder will automatically be cancelled. Please add these items to your next order.
